The children sang fantastically as part of the Hamish Henderson School's concert in Blairgowrie today, receiving lots of compliments on how well they performed. They sang two songs in Gaelic, having taken part in two workshops organised by the PKC Gaelic Development Officer (Aileen Ogilvie), and led by Gaelic singer Mischa MacPherson.
I was very proud of the children, not only for their excellent performance, but also of how respectful they were whilst watching the choirs from Newhill, Rattray and Kirkmichael Primary schools perform.
