Pupils in P4/5 have enjoyed learning about healthy lifestyle choices and trying out a range of new activities this week.  They have explored dental hygiene and sugar content in food and drinks, discussed and reflected on emotional health and wellbeing, learned about the importance of personal hygiene and effective handwashing, and applied knowledge of a balanced diet to write stories for younger pupils.  In addition they had great fun experiencing hockey, taekwondo, rugby, zumba and potted sports.  A great week enjoyed by all!
