Outdoor Data Handling and Stories

P4/5 and P1 shared learning on gathering, recording and displaying information today when they worked together outside to collect objects in a given area.  They collated their information in tables and P4/5 shared learning on displaying information in the form of bar charts to P1 pupils.  To finish off our morning P4/5 read stories to their P1 friends which they created during health week. The stories were called 'The Very Healthy Caterpillar' and pupils had to apply their knowledge of a healthy balanced diet to create their 'healthy versions' of the well known story 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar'.
